I bought my first bmw here today. My folks have bought 3 from there this is why I decided to try a bmw for the first time. Off the start everybody is friendly because obviously they want your business. After that however different story. After purchasing the car and the full service plan and warranty. I was set to get the car yesterday on truth and reconciliation day. So on the day before I got a call from Eric the salesman and was put on speaker phone to talk about bringing my father in for another sale as his 3rd bmw was out of warranty. I said sure I'll bring him in when I pick up the car. I get a call on the day I'm supposed to pick up the car to be told that the ministry was closed for the holiday. You'd think the person that would be in charge of the one job they have would know when holidays are to get ahead of the game or to pick a different day. So needless to sadly the day I pick up y first bmw wasn't going to be registered. They offered to get it with a dealer plate. Wasn't interested until the car was ready. Low and behold I'm looking forward to picking up the car the following day. I get there it's sitting in the showroom ready to go. I sign all the paperwork and am ready to go. Well Alex takes me into the room where it's sitting. I gave it a once over to make sure my request of not using a machine buffer to clean it was honored. Well they did do what I asked for as I was told they'd wash it by hand instead. There wasn't any swirls on the paint between they also didn't even was it. Especially after the car wasn't ready the day before. You'd think if you had an extra day to make sure things are ready. We'll they didnt even wash it. Bug guts still on the hood and windshield. Then I get into the car to get things setup through the app I look in the back seat to see that the interior wasn't touched either nor even vacuumed. Everyone dropped the ball. I walk in the dealership and everyone is in their office on their phones. Nobody looked at the car. It went thru 3 people including the manager and salesman didn't even take the 1 minute to look at the car to redeem themselves on customer service. They all apologized obviously because of their complete incompetence. They offered to take the car and clean it there after I'd already been sitting and waiting for a day because it wasn't ready in the first place. I only got an apology from the manager. The sales guy eric didn't apologize and was to worried about making another sale to the ol man then making sure the customers buying experience was carried out to the fullest. Unfortunately I bought the service and warranty plan an am stuck going back there for warranty work unless I drive to London. We'll thats just not very logical. So I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE SPENDING THEIR HARD EARNED DOLLARS AT THIS DEALERSHIP. THEIR PRIORITIES ARE ON MAKING SALES AND NOT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. COULD YOU IMAGINE NOT GETTING AN APOLOGY FROM THE GUY THAT SELLS YOU THE CAR. THIS SPEAKS VOLUMES. THE ALL MIGHTY DOLLAR DRIVES THE INCENTIVES THEIR AND NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOW I WORRY ABOUT WHAT KIND OF SHENANIGANS WILL HAPPEN IN THE SRRVICE DEPT IF THIS WAS A SIGN TO COME. The worst buying experience of a car at a dealership in my life. xxxx I even had a better experience a used car dealership in London. With no big brand new building and it was clean as a whistle. Very sad. The sadest part is the warranty and service plan I bought was pretty expensive all overhead and NOBODY IN THE SALE OF THE CAR FROM START TO FINISH DID THEIR JOB. xxx ARE WE PAYING FOR. INCOMPETENCE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HAART ACHE UNLESS YOU LOVE DISAPPOINTMENT. UGH. THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE More

The service department has always been excellent for me to deal with. You hear stories of women being discounted when they walk in with vehicle issues, but not here.
