First of all I would like to say THANK YOU to Eric Best, Tom, Jen, Lisa, Roger, Sherri, Will, Kurt, Mark, Dan for ALWAYS being there for anything that I needed since 2018 at Sarchione Ford in Waynesburg. F Tom, Jen, Lisa, Roger, Sherri, Will, Kurt, Mark, Dan for ALWAYS being there for anything that I needed since 2018 at Sarchione Ford in Waynesburg. From the first time that I came into this dealership at 7:55 because I need a front light changed and they were closing at 8:00. Service changed my light.........I told me husband when we left there that was our NEW Ford dealership. VERY VERY helpful and friendly. They didn't have to do that, that night....I wasn't even a customer. But this is what this dealership does and I will miss that. I have purchased 3 cars from Sarchione since that evening. This is like family to me, ALWAYS very helpful and willing to go the extra mile, even if it is just a very simple question. They never made me feel that I was stupid for such a small concern. These people ALL deserve to be treated better than being told on 4/1/2024 that they were closing the doors on 4/30/2024. These people work hard but they also are very respectful and when you walk in this dealership, you can feel the happiness there. I have NEVER walked in there and people were upset and mad. They ALWAYS had smiles and their faces and very very pleasant to deal with. My heart aches because after 4/30, I may never see their smiling face again, since they are closing the doors. Ford didn't think what they were doing to THEIR customers (let alone their employees) at Sarchione Ford when they decided to close the doors. I pray Ford read surveys, I am most certain Ford then would see how well they are liked Sarchione Ford is to people. This dealership have received 4 President awards in the last four years. You have to have suburb customer service, this award only goes to the TOP DEALERS at Ford and the thanks they give, YOU ARE CLOSING THEIR DOORS. Shame on you for closing this dealership down. I was referred to Sarchione Ford by a close friend. I was not disappointed! Tom West, my salesman, was friendly and professional. During the 10 months that I waited for my Bronco to arrive, Tom continued to answer questions and respond to my many text messages. The day I came to pick up my new Bronco, Tom greeted me with a smile. He guided me through the purchasing process smoothly and professionally taking time to answer my questions and ensuring I knew everything I needed to know about my new Bronco. Dan, who takes care of the financing side of the purchase was equally friendly and professional. He explained everything as we worked our way through the necessary paperwork. I am now loving my new Bronco and am very happy that I chose Sarchione Ford to take care of me. I will refer others to the Sarchione Ford locations in Alliance and Randolph where I am certain they will receive the same great care as I did from Tom and Dan! More
