We needed another car and out of all the dealerships and people we dealt with Xavier and Sam Packs was the best. Xavier didn’t just sell me a car for his own benefit. He genuinely cared and helped us get a new car. I had to trade in my car that I grew up with and Xavier was really helpful with that process and how difficult it was giving it up. I would highly recommend getting a car from them. I didn’t feel lied to or like they just wanted me to buy a car. It was the best experience I’ve had with a dealership. More

My 2013 Ford Taurus was taken to Five Star Ford, Lewisvilledue to the water pump going out. Zach in the service department was the gentleman that I was in communication with while my Ford was being Lewisvilledue to the water pump going out. Zach in the service department was the gentleman that I was in communication with while my Ford was being worked on. Zach kept in touch on a daily basis while the vehicle was there, and he was very informative, professional, and friendly. The Ford was expedited quickly, and is running great thus far.
