Had to take my 2012 Kia Optima here as it was the closest dealer to my house. I had an engine failure that was under warranty due to the engine bearing failing. After this they told me I had to pay for every dealer to my house. I had an engine failure that was under warranty due to the engine bearing failing. After this they told me I had to pay for everything to put the engine into my vehicle costing me over $2400. After that my transmission failed consecutively to this and they wanted $4400 for this repair. I wanted a second opinion and took my car to Phil Smith were they told me that the warranty for the engine should have been honored and done at no cost and that my transmission could be done for a much more reasonable price. Rick Case is full of clowns who rob you anywhere they can and I see why they have the ratings they deserve. More

Lorenzo, the representative, was not friendly and showed no interest in serving me well. I left the car at 9 am, picked it up at 2:30 pm, and it wasn't even washed. My daughter, Holmes, bought a Kia Forte less than a year ago. Radio doesn't work already. The dealership needs to keep it for "a couple of days at least".
