Lewis listened to my needs, provided suggestions so I can make the best decision. Zero pressure! Kim made sure the paperwork before and on the day of a pick was smooth and prompt as it can be. Overall, my family is very pleased with the purchase and I look forward to coming back for another car and definitely doing that with Lewis and Kim. More

Dishonest, cheap, disappointing! Go to a different branch or be cautious of the vehicle you purchase. Pretty annoyed with this dealership. I just purchased my first car from this location. In the ad there were stains on the seats and when my dad had asked about them, they said that the stains were removed. When we went to view the car there were no stains and the car looked brand new; however, after a day of actually having the car, the stains reappeared on the seats. So whatever they used to "remove the stains" only masked the actual stains long enough for them to stay hidden. I had to wire the money to them as they do not take certified cheques so that cost me $45. They covered $30 of it due to the inconvenience and when I picked up my vehicle they gave me a half tank of gas rather than filling it. They likely didn't spend the extra money to fill it since they covered some of the wire transfer. More

If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. I bought a 2017 civic from them in Nov 2020 and within the last 11 months I’ve had to have FIVE repairs done. I went to a couple of different Honda dealers to buy a 2021 Ridgeline and trade my 18 f-150. Lewis Mui got me over $3 k than the other dealer ( also more than a ford dealer offered me in November). I mus 2021 Ridgeline and trade my 18 f-150. Lewis Mui got me over $3 k than the other dealer ( also more than a ford dealer offered me in November). I must say it was smooth transaction, no pressure . I've bought 4 new F-150's since 2010 and this by far was the most relaxed negotiation/transaction. If you're looking for a Honda go and speak to Lewis and Kim at Richmond Hill Honda you will find them easy to work with. Highly recommended More

Went in to see what my options were on my leased crv about to expire. The guy did nothing for me. Had to have my ownership in hand ready to sign. Have had Honda's since nineties.
