In the ad there were stains on the seats and when my dad had asked about them, they said that the stains were removed. When we went to view the car there were no stains and the car looked brand new; however, after a day of actually having the car, the stains reappeared on the seats. So whatever they used to "remove the stains" only masked the actual stains long enough for them to stay hidden. I had to wire the money to them as they do not take certified cheques so that cost me $45. They covered $30 of it due to the inconvenience and when I picked up my vehicle they gave me a half tank of gas rather than filling it. They likely didn't spend the extra money to fill it since they covered some of the wire transfer. More

If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. I bought a 2017 civic from them in Nov 2020 and within the last 11 months I’ve had to have FIVE repairs done. I went to a couple of different Honda dealers to buy a 2021 Ridgeline and trade my 18 f-150. Lewis Mui got me over $3 k than the other dealer ( also more than a ford dealer offered me in November). I must say it was smooth transaction, no pressure . I've bought 4 new F-150's since 2010 and this by far was the most relaxed negotiation/transaction.
