I could not say enough praise about this dealership and my vehicle purchase. The entire staff made the process seamless and extremely easy. We walked in with a vague idea of what we were looking for and le my vehicle purchase. The entire staff made the process seamless and extremely easy. We walked in with a vague idea of what we were looking for and left a few short hours later behind the wheel in our new truck. Jesse, Marty, and Vincent were so nice and pleasant to work with and extremely professional; handling the finance piece as well. Richard Lucas is always a pleasure buying a car from. Have bought 6 cars over the years from Chevy, however the last 3 have been bought from Sales Rep Michael Galuppo. I honestly cant explain how happy and relieved to have worked with Chris in the service department. I bought my car at this dealer. Came in to Lucas Chevrolet in a bit of a rush to inquire about having my vehicle serviced and get an oil change. The service department was swamped and I could tell almost immediately that I wasn’t going to about having my vehicle serviced and get an oil change. The service department was swamped and I could tell almost immediately that I wasn’t going to be able to squeeze the oil change and maintenance into my schedule. However, your service advisor Jenna Jurick went over and beyond to try to accommodate me (despite my being a walk-in & not having an appointment . Kind, courteous, & professional. Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills! Though I wasn’t able to have my vehicle serviced on this occasion, I will absolutely be back to have my vehicle serviced because of the service I received from this young lady! More
