Outstanding Service! I went to Pickard Lane in hopes of finding a cheap VW Jetta and did I ever find one. I found at least 6 on the lot to choose from and all of them were in excellent condition! I picked the one I liked, went inside and was instantly greeted by Manbir who helped me with everything. We took it for a test drive and I fell in love! After all the paperwork and signing of documents I was so happy that I decided to buy from them. I have never experienced such amazing service anywhere else. They even told me to come back and have the car looked at if there were any problems! I was just floored with how amazing everyone was. If it's broken, you bought it.. I purchased a 2008 Acura TSX at Pickard. Was listed for $10,999, purchased the vehicle with 4 year warranty. The vehicle came to I've $16,000. The day the vehicle was taken home, I noticed several different things that were not working. A/c, security alarm, and also the tire pressure gauges. I called to inform them about these options not working and was told that they would all be dealt with. As I returned to Bolton for the second time to have the car dealt with (as I'm from Hamilton) they fixed the a/c compressor but told me that the security system and the tire pressure gauges would not be fixed because to them it was not a "safety issue." The ad advertised the car as having a functionable alarm which is not the case and told me that the tire pressure gauge had one low battery that they would not replace because that is something they do not fix in their vehicles because there is constant problems with them. I was told by GianCarlo that it was basically my problem and that he could send me somewhere to spend money to have it looked at, and told me the cheaper root would be to get an aftermarket security system to save me time and money. Thanks for the poor customer service boys! I was supposed to return the following weekend to purchase another vehicle, but that definately will not take place with this dealership that just wants to take your money! More

Any other dealership would have let a few things pass, not these guys anything that showed any wear was replaced, 2 days later after purchasing I noticed a crack in my front passenger tire which I cannot blame the mechanics for not seeing it as its only seen in a certain position, they took my word for it and instead of replacing the one tire they ordered me two to match the new four tires on the rear, blown away by these guys, will never buy anywhere else, Ignazio is the man to deal with and I'm sure the rest of the team is just as amazing! Answering any and all of my questions even on his days off! Couldn't be happier with my experience! More
