Sales pers My husband and I went in to check out some use car/ van something for me for my business Some thing that was good and not a lot of money. Sales person Austin can over nices person, show us what there had in our price.My husband test drived it with Austin, came back and we bought it. A couple of issues with the car he grautanted it that everything would be taking care and replaced. Week later we went to pick it up, a little problem with it so we left it to get it fix, next morning it was taking care of and deleieved right to our home. What serves!! The nices sale people I have come across. Now we have our son looking for a car at this location. More

Overall a good experience. After looking for several weeks for a truck in my price range, and visiting several "shady" used car lots I discovered Pickard Lane. Great Pricing - Service needs some work I feel a need to start this review with after a lengthy search for a new Diesel truck this place had the most trucks at the best price, for that reaso I feel a need to start this review with after a lengthy search for a new Diesel truck this place had the most trucks at the best price, for that reason alone it would be worth coming back. Where it brokedown was on the customer service area. It took two weeks from the date of purchase before I was able to get my truck, and rescheduling the day i was supposed to pick it up on 3 occasions. Being from out of town - this was an issue for me. Additionally, all the detail work was not completed on the truck that was supposed to be done that was written on the purchase order at pick up after sending it back to the body shop for missed details previously. Lastly, picking up a truck that supposedly just passed a emissions test with a check engine light on appeared a little suspect and after spending decent coin I wouldn't have expected. So considering the challenges I think it is an organization issue as some simple details were overlooked. More

With used vehicles it is difficult to assess and identify all the potential issues even for the dealer.
