She truly is a God send in this day and age of corruption. Tyler and Shawn the two mechanics I have dealt with are truly Class A. I wouldn't travel 2 hrs to get my car services if it wasn't the best professional dealership in town. Absolute pleasure taking my car to them as I know everything will be dealt with in an honest and transparent outcome resulting in not one recall for work preformed on my car.❤️👍 More

We purchased 2 new cars and as soon as we drove off the lot - the problems were ours. The tire bulged less than a week later. We had to fight to get them to deal with it and the only reason why they finall lot - the problems were ours. The tire bulged less than a week later. We had to fight to get them to deal with it and the only reason why they finally did is because the financial advisor (LEXI) advocated for us and told them we would not buy the second car that was waiting for pick up. Lexi was the only professional person we dealt with there. We dropped it off and were called to pick up the "fixed" tire. We received the exact same tire back (bulge and all). The bluetooth didn't work right from the start. We booked an appt to have it looked at, complete a recall, and do an oil change. They only completed the oil change and said they didn't have time to fix it and that the rest of the work order had been overlooked. We were advised to book, yet another appointment. We had to rebook a month later. Recall was finally done, bluetooth is still not working. The bumper is peeling and this took several calls to address. All this in the first 2 months. Now, we have been waiting for about 5 weeks (since they do not have a courtesy car available) for them to deal with the bumper. Never once has the dealership called or reached out to us - we have had to chase them down and call to find out what is happening. every step of the way. This is the most unprofessional, unorganized, and "pass the buck" dealership we have ever dealt with. BE AWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLES FROM HERE! More
