Bad experience with service rep Mark Lewis. I feel that the service rep was very unfriendly. Mark Lewis was arrogant and seemed to have little patience when I asked about my Mini,s problem that I feel that the service rep was very unfriendly. Mark Lewis was arrogant and seemed to have little patience when I asked about my Mini,s problem that they where trying to sort out. The car was in twice for the same problem.I felt that Mark Lewis was rude and ignorant. Both car mats were covered with mud when they gave my car back to me. In all I had a very stressed out experience at St Catharines BMW Mini. Mark Lewis has no business because of his attitude interacting with customers. More

Poor After Sales Experience After taking delivery of my car, the next day I reported to the dealer that there were dried spots inside my instrument cluster. They appeared to have After taking delivery of my car, the next day I reported to the dealer that there were dried spots inside my instrument cluster. They appeared to have been a detailers fault. Long story short, dealer wasn't willing to help. I was just told that it costs too much money to fix and sorry I will be bothered by it for the rest of the time I own my car. Unbelievable! This is my worst BMW dealer experience. All the other BMW dealers I have dealt with in the past were always ready to rectify issues especially those you discover in the first few days of ownership. Stay away from this dealer. More
