I am extremely pleased with the service department. Bill McLean has always done everything he could to make sure they found and corrected any problems with my vehicles. I have been going to Otto Cadillac to have my Escalade serviced and repaired for 20 years. I trust Bill's opinion on the repairs of my vehicle and it is because of Bill that I just bought another Escalade ESV.
