We were greeted by Bonnie and her high energy and enthusiasm kept us coming back. She was a real trooper, shovelling out car after car for us until we finally discovered the Wrangler that took our breath away. Financing with Rob was a blast! His sense of humour was delightful and his straight talk was highly appreciated. The experience was wonderful over all. We highly recommend stopping by and visiting Bonnie and Rob when you are in the market for a vehicle. You won't be disappointed. More

We could have been killed I spent over $3.5K on getting the brakes fixed (and the exhaust) at this dealership. Just over two weeks later we had a catastrophic brake failure - o I spent over $3.5K on getting the brakes fixed (and the exhaust) at this dealership. Just over two weeks later we had a catastrophic brake failure - one of the rear callipers fell off as we were driving, wrecking the back plate and breaking the wheel in the process. I repeat - the wheel BROKE as we were driving! Fortunately we were on a country road, and not doing 100 clicks on the highway, so we were lucky to not cause a serious or even fatal accident. I asked for my money back and was offered instead reimbursement for the cost of the work done to fix everything that had been damaged and 50% off any services for the next 6 months. In other words, apart from paying to repair the results of their negligence, the only other compensation I was offered would require me to entrust them with my car again, and pay them more money. Not going to happen. I wouldn't trust them to sweep the snow off my car at this point. (An additional note - the country mechanic took the other rear wheel off and jiggled its calliper - it too was loose and would have broken and come off next - negligence is a strong word but the right one to use in this case) So, my advice is, if you need something fixed that might later fall off - don't use this place. As for us, it's hi ho hi ho, it's off to court we go. More

Purchase of Cherokee My wife and I were on the hunt for a new SUV and had visited 3 different dealers before landing at Ottawa Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat. We had narrowe My wife and I were on the hunt for a new SUV and had visited 3 different dealers before landing at Ottawa Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat. We had narrowed our search to the Ford Escape and Jeep Cherokee. After talking to sales person Luke Harron about our needs in an SUV, we took the Cherokee for a test drive. After 5 minutes of driving, my wife and I knew we had found our vehicle. Now came the hard part...negotiating a deal!! It turned out we were in good hands. With the help of Luke, and manager Mike Pearson, we hashed out a fair deal for both sides. As a matter of fact, Ottawa Chrysler gave me a substantial difference for my trade-in than Sterling Ford. With the great help of finance manager Rob Nadeau, whose assistance got us a better finance rate with the bank, the purchase of a brand new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this dealer, and intend to purchase my next vehicle with them as well. More

I originally contacted where we bought our last vehicle and they didn't sound like they wanted our business so I contacted Ottawa Dodge . But Angela was so quick with a response and then when we got there Geoff was so helpful explaining the car details . My husband plans on returning to purchase his car of choice in fa few years. Had a great experience until the vehicle was paid for Our sales person Nicholas was very accommodating and friendly throughout the sale, we are very impressed with his service. When we came to pick up t Our sales person Nicholas was very accommodating and friendly throughout the sale, we are very impressed with his service. When we came to pick up the vehicle the second set of keys was locked in another part of the dealership that they do not have access to on Saturdays. I called back to discuss a way to get the key and it was out of Nick's hands. We were transferred to the General Manager who was not interested in paying the $12.95 to ship the key, and made a comment asking if I will never be back to the city (which is 120km away). In this case I did not forget to get the key, the dealership was unable to provide it, therefore it should be on their end to get me the key. I would rather pay $240 for a new programmed key, than walk through the doors of that dealership again. More
