Couldn't ask for a more friendly and knowledgeable staff! Hello, I would like to take this time to let you know that I had a great experience with buying my 2015 Dodge Challenger from Ottawa Dodge. Philip Hello, I would like to take this time to let you know that I had a great experience with buying my 2015 Dodge Challenger from Ottawa Dodge. Philippe Mercier was a great help in answering all the questions I had and was more than willing to show me all the bells and whistles the car had to offer. He took the time to bring in a car to display in the sheltered service area and to take all the snow off the car for me as well. In past experience buying cars and trucks, I was always pushed to sign right away, however, Phil understood that I needed the time to think it over and utimately, his understanding was the reason why I went back to Phil to buy the car, even though I work literally 2 minutes away from Capital Dodge. I also worked with Rob Nadeau to finalize the purchase and again, I can't say enough about Rob as well. He worked to get me a great deal without breaking my bank and had some good advice when it came to warranty information and coverage. All in all, I am very happy with the level of service I received. Thanks again guys for finding me that perfect Challenger! More

I did not not feel any pressure at any time. I was asked what I was interested in and options were provided to me based on my needs.
