After experiencing several disappointing dealership visits with competitors and other regional Honda dealerships the employees won us over within minutes with their positive, pleasant attitudes. The friendliness, expertise and dedication of the staff, as well as the overall excellent service, as well as great prices made our decision a breeze. There is no question in our minds that this dealership offers the best service from among most of the competition, as well as the other Honda dealerships, in the Ottawa area. My spouse and I would especially like to highlight the exceptional service offered by two of the staff. Ali Talib, Sales & Leasing Representative and Laurie Martin, Financial Services, offered us excellent service.
