I also informed him that I had an oil change on my Sienna and was charged for 7 liters of oil, engine and filter only hold 6.1 liters which means I paid full price for a liter of one tenth of a liter again very dishonest . My daughter was charged nine dollars for the technicians PPE, that's not something a costumer should have to pay for if the tech wants to have personnel protection then he can pay for it himself. It appears after Lise Parent, and the older service manager Louis left the place has gone to the dumps. All this to say watch your pocket book this is very dishonest company PS I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, nor would I purchase a vehicle from this company More
Took my 2016 tundra in for oil and clattering noise. They advised new rear shocks. $800. I approved. Then they add new problem...broken leaf spring $1300. An honest and competent service centre would gave found all repairs required upfront. The bait and switch approach to adding $$ is unethical, dishonest and has scam written all over it. If this was presented as the full cost upfront, I certainly would have shopped around for more economical approach. I've since shopped around and discovered that I could have save $1000 going elsewhere. Same parts, same warranty, same qualified mechanics. Orleans toyota service is expensive and unethical. Don't trust them. They were polite and seemingly empathetic. Offered a small discount $50 when I complained but wow what a horrible way to run a shop. Stay away. More

Absolutely terrible customer service, higher admin fees than other Toyota dealerships and they appraised my vehicle $7500 less than another dealership. I tried three times to get my lease buy out confirme than other Toyota dealerships and they appraised my vehicle $7500 less than another dealership. I tried three times to get my lease buy out confirmed and got three different quotes with admin fees as high as $1500. I was told by the general manager the admin fee was to pay him for speaking to me. After 5 vehicles, I am done with Toyota thanks to this dealership! More

After that, the vehicle on the day of sale had new damage that they acknowledged they hadn't seen before. After refusing to provide any compensation for the damage or cancel the sale, they just forced me to take the keys. - "The car buying experience is never a pleasant one", a quote from Devin to which he delivered - Offered a lowball offer for the trade in, significantly lower than other Toyota dealerships in Ottawa - Claimed that my old car needs new brakes to meet their higher than usual standards - "My manager will never give you more. Trust me. I've been in this business for 14 years!" - Then after speaking with the manager, they agreed to pay a bit more (classic), while charging dealership fees - On the day of sale, the purchased car suddenly had a dent on a door which they hadn't seen before - Devin previously mentioned that he used this car as a loaner while his vehicle was being repaired - He refused to do anything about the dent and brought his buddy manager "with 12 years of experience" - Together they tried to downplay the damage and said that weren't going to do anything about it - "You should've bought a new car", that was their approach to resolve the customer issue Overall, Devin cared only about pleasing his boss, focusing on the earned $ calculations and not the customer. His manager Mackenzie was rude and disrespectful, telling me "what you're saying makes absolutely no sense" about the discovered damage on the purchased car and its effect on the value of the car.
