HORRENDOUS SERVICE Jeff is not a very accommodating person. He makes you feel very worried for owning a Honda. I have had to deal with him twice. Once for my very first oil change on a brand new car and second time is for an issue I encountered again on a brand new car. Both times, he made me feel so helpless and worried. I am a Honda person and had to switch to another dealership for the service I received from this dealership. I went back to try them again and the sales department was nice this time. Service department was making me regret that decision. More
