I bought a brand new honda accord 2019 and i've taken it to another dealership thrice in a week since i've bought it because the engine lights keep coming on. I traveled all the way from Mississauga to Guelph to buy this car and when i told the Financial Manager at Olympic Honda (Syed Udin) who i knew through a friend, i was having problems with the car he stopped replying back to my messages/calls. They are very unprofessional and do not know how to deal with their customers. I have had this car for 3 days since i bought it and now it is getting fixed at another dealership. Who knew buying a brand new car would start giving problems in just 2 days of driving it. I am really unhappy with Olympic Honda and the unqualified people working for them. I expected the General Manager at Olympic Honda, Sarah Werner who i spoke to give me followup calls but nothing. The other dealership has given me a rental to drive until they order the parts for my brand new car. Also the supervisor at Meadowvale Honda told me if i had purchased this car from them instead of Olympic Honda i would not have had this problem. More

Staff at Service desk seem to be getting better I have had negative experiences with the service staff a year and two years ago, but the situation is improving. I took my daughter's Honda van in I have had negative experiences with the service staff a year and two years ago, but the situation is improving. I took my daughter's Honda van in about ten, because the Check Engine light was on. (She was to drive to Florida soon, so had to get that resolved.) They were very busy so she could not get an appointment, but they said to drop it off and they would try to squeeze it in. They did so, and all went well. The Service Advisor was Jeff Pletsch. The only thing that was a bit unusual, was how slow their computer system is. He was entering info, I would provide more info or ask a question, and he'd say, "The computer can't go that quickly". I don't recall any issue like this at any other dealership in the past, but it was not a big deal. I will take my wife's 2011 CRV in on Jan. 4 to have the Air Bag Recall issue solved. Hope that all goes smoothly too. More
