Sean in the parts department was an amazing help. ...He is very knowledgeable and didn't stop until he found exactly what I needed....when my car was sent to the service department with the part that' ...He is very knowledgeable and didn't stop until he found exactly what I needed....when my car was sent to the service department with the part that's when things went sour...The part was a simple clamp on overflow antifreeze hose that took 10 minutes to install and they wanted to charge me $700.00 for labour alone! After some arguing i paid 318.00 for parts and labour instead of the $800.00 that I was being told.. If i wasn't stuck there i would've never let them touch my car....If it was someone like my mom or dad that don't know they probably would've paid.... 1 clamp on hose (worth $96.00) , 10 minutes of work ($700.00) = $800.00??? LMAO!!! They'll never catch me there again! I can get my car towed and repaired for much cheaper... More

Staff that dealt with me were all courteous and polite. In particular, the lady at the service reception and the service advisor, Andy Deng, were particularly nice and friendly.
