Let me state this letter of appreciation to the job well done by Old Mill Cadillac Buick GMC Limited as represented by your staffs starting from the person who coordinated with the booking via phone to the done by Old Mill Cadillac Buick GMC Limited as represented by your staffs starting from the person who coordinated with the booking via phone to the person on the receiving desk upon my arrival on that booking date, October 01, 2021, @ 11am, and finally to the man who catered me and my truck for a job order # 321235, in the replacement of passenger inflator as part of the Safety Recall required by the transport authority, his name is Mr Marcon Portelli, I’m not too sure who is but he was the guy who issued the invoice work order in the shop. The system is so efficient even to the point of making us aware of some issues that need to be fixed urgently after diagnosing my truck. The breakdown of all services that were done and the services that need to be addressed in the future were discussed with me as printed in the receipt or invoice. Not to mention, the valet service free of charge. I went home without scratching my Visa card for this service during pandemic. I highly recommend you people for the professionalism that you provided us, knowing that one of your objectives and perhaps, the most important objective is the safety of the vehicles that your customers are utilizing after you serviced them.
