Evan showed off the features of the Rogue from front to back, inside and out. On the test drive, he continued explaining how everything worked and then again on pick up, he explained again! Very thorough, knowledgable, and patient with all the questions I had. Steve made sure I understood what was happening with the financing, again all my questions were answered in a respectful and friendly manner. Thank you both!! I love the car!! More

New Qashqai I went to Okotoks Nissan to tey out the new Qashqai. Evan Campbell was our salesperson and he couldn't have. Even any better. WORST Service "Customer Service" Ever Worst service customer service ever. I took my vehicle for three oil changes in a row after purchasing my vehicle. Then took it to Mr. Lube and was pr Worst service customer service ever. I took my vehicle for three oil changes in a row after purchasing my vehicle. Then took it to Mr. Lube and was promptly told someone had stripped the drain plug and forced a tap and die plug in. Mr. Lube took photos for me and I returned to Okotoks Nissan to find out what had happened. I spoke to the service manager and asked him to review my three service reports to see if he noticed anything unusual. He did not so I showed him the photo. He immediately said it was not them. Then proceeded to treat me like I was a fool. At one point asking me if I had tires put on?? When I asked why that would matter he said maybe the changed the oil at the same time. Are you kidding me!!! Then for some reason he asked me if I had taken it to Costco??? I said they don't do oil changes. I told him that the mileage was clear that the last place it was changed was by them. He was adamant that there was no way it was them. I asked him what would a reasonable person conclude. He didn't know....I guess proving he doesn't know what is reasonable. DON'T go here unless you get a 3D scan of your entire vehicle before and after. They will damage your vehicle and apparently only take responsibility if you catch them red handed. More
