Bought a new car in March. A few weeks after, I had to jumpstart my car several times so I brought it to Service. They inspected it and said everything was fine, that it was probably the way I was using the car that was draining the battery. They told me I had a new battery and that it was fine. They also tried to convince me that jump starting my car 2x/month was considered normal. After that visit, I also realized that someone had opened their door on my car and that there was a dent. The following morning, my car wouldn’t start, so I decided to bring it to a different dealership. The different dealership discovered that according to the serial number, my battery had not been changed and that it was failing their test. They also saw that damage was done and that it needed to be repair. I have contacted Ogilvie and they offered a free repair but I said that I did not trust them anymore since I had been lied for three different things and insisted that I wanted to do it at a different dealership and get a refund for that repair. They refused. More
Had a $1000 “mistaken” discount on their website that if was an honest mistake you’d expect to be corrected. Nope. I bought my Crosstrek almost 4 years ago, last summer was stopped on the highway in Bruce County to be told that my car wasn't licensed to me and was actually licensed to the dealership, so it looked to the stopped on the highway in Bruce County to be told that my car wasn't licensed to me and was actually licensed to the dealership, so it looked to the OPP that I'd 'stolen' my car that I'm paying for off of the dealer's lot. After much rigmarole the issue was finally resolved with licensing, however they had to take off my spacers to do a safety to complete this. They took off my spacers and told me in doing this they were no longer usable and said they would replace the spacers at their cost. Almost a year later and still nothing. I love my crosstrek and Subaru as a brand, but the experiences I've had with this particular dealership are shoddy to say the least. Also if you're gender diverse in any way, be prepared to have your preferred pronouns ignored, very uncomfortable experience. Super disappointed as I absolutely want to purchase Subaru in the future, but this dealership has certainly soured the experience of buying a car for me. Their 4 star rating is incredibly deceptive, 2.4 star rating on dealerrater is much more accurate. More

When you have an appointment for 8:30, arrive at 8 for an oil change...and you leave at 10:30, that is not service. When they charge you $194.35 (CAD) for an oil change on a 4 cylinder Crosstrek with 4600 kms on it, that is not service. Oh and the A Service is basically a "Vehicle Walk Around" as they even put on the bill. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone, to purchase and never for service. They do not even come to tell you why it is taking so long or any updates. The only reason I went is because the car is still under warranty. I will never go back when warranty is over. More
Horrible experience during the purchase, delivery and servicing of our new Subaru from this dealer. During oil change/servicing, price was an additional $100 over quoted at drop off, treated rudely and - as a bonus - the oil leaked out over the next day so had to go back with no real apology. Then an issue happened with our now just over one year old car - brought it in and was subjected to another terribly upsetting experience while was talked down to for 10 minutes by the condescending agent who suggested that it may be a ‘maintenance ‘ issue rather than warranty (clearly not a normal maintenance thing). Finding another Subaru dealer for servicing. More
Our salesperson (Nick Duval) was very enthusiastic, utilized a great evaluation of wants and desires, and was not hurried, explained all the vehicle featured. My purchase of a used vehicle from this dealership was a very good experience. However, dealing with service has been extreme frustrating. They are putting the tires on Forester rims to put onto my car -how kind…. More

Great service all around from Sam, Fawaz and the managers Zack and Fadhi. They were all fast to address any of my questions and concerns. The finance process with Fawaz was effective and very professionnal. Zack and Fadhi. They were all fast to address any of my questions and concerns.
