I enjoyed the hospitality at this place. People are very friendly and treat costumer very nicely. Particularly I am very impressed with Elias. In my previous meetings with him while buying other car I found him very helpful and informative and thus decided to buy my car from him as well. He helped me in getting a good deal on my car. I will definitely recommend him to my friends if any one would be interested to buy a car.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Elias Safalti with respect to the purchase of a new and a used vehicle and the lease of a new vehicle. Elias worked with me to achieve the price points and considerations I needed.

On my third transaction with him, he was quick to reward my loyalty with creative pricing and financing on a used vehicle for my youngest daughter. Elias worked hard to make sure I got the right vehicle at the right price.

Most importantly, when I experienced a relatively minor problem and related inconvenience with that used vehicle (a battery which would not start the car in extremely cold weather) he immediately rectified the situation with a brand new battery - no questions asked, no cost to me.

In my experience, many dealers and MOST sales associates do NOT understand the value that a consumer places in such service and in someone who stands behind their product and their word. This builds a lasting relationship and loyalty - Elias Saflati and O'Regan's have earned mine.

I am always curious about how the "road hazard warranty" would work if I ever needed it. Now I know. I bought my car about four months ago. Last weekend, while out of town, I blew a tire. I had to get it fixed as soon as possible. I brought the tire and receipt in to the dealership Monday. I was refunded, no questions asked. Just as importantly, the staff in the service department was friendly and professional.
I received the same courteous service when I bought the car. I have already recommended this dealership to friends and co-workers.

Elias is an excellent sales professional. He is very personable, reliable and has a great deal of knowledge for the cars he sells. Martin is an exceptional salesperson. Not only is he knowledgeable about his product (which I would expect of any salesperson) but he has a way of interacting that beautifully removes stress from the experience. Many things contributed to me feeling like I mattered - like when I would come back from a test drive and he would be waiting in the parking lot. (I didn't have to hunt him down in the showroom or wait for him to finish a phonecall with another customer...) Even after the sale, Martin quickly returned my calls or texts answering questions I had about the car. Truly a unique and enjoyable experience. Thank you Martin!
