On May 15, 2024, I brought my Honda Accord to the dealership at Northside Honda in San Antonio, Texas for replacement of Water Hoses which had holes in their tubes. The original top hose had a co dealership at Northside Honda in San Antonio, Texas for replacement of Water Hoses which had holes in their tubes. The original top hose had a cover to protect it from the elements, but the replacement did not have the protective cover. In addition, hoses feel hotter to the touch when the engine is running, which means that they most likely will not last as long as the original hoses that came with the car. Was I "taken for a ride"by the Service Dept. of North- side Honda or is this the "Standard Practice for all dealerships. Please advise. Thank you. Raymond Grillo 05/21/2024 More

I came in for routine maintenance. I had a large nail in my tire. All the different options were presented clearly and fairly.
