While Brad (Automotive Technician) was checking out the steering issue, he also preformed a multi-point inspection and discovered the high pressure fuel pump leaking into the engine. This could have potentially resulted in a very, very bad way for my 🚙. THANK YOU for your diligence in your work! Dave, Service Advisor made sure I was set up with a loan vehicle as my vehicle (under warranty) was not safe to drive with the fuel pump leaking and ETA on the replacement parts was unknown. Dave kept me updated, communicated with the autobody shop regarding the accident related issues and answered my many questions. You are a gem! More

I aquired a 2024 Ioniq 5 as I'm not normally a Hyundai shopper. It was high 60s with rebate low 60s. After 2.5 months ownership, the dealer wouldn't purchase the car back, and it was auctioned. Improved service compared to my 1st appointment which they forgot to put studs on the new tires (saw it when i got home and i head to return for them to fix it) and improvement for service intervals. Before, brought my car in the morning, i would get it in the evening. Now, brought my car at 9am for regular maintenance, got a call at 10:44am. Also, before they place a service sticker for 4 months with 6000km, now they followed the hyundai manual which is 6 months with 8000km. Before no courtesy wash (unlike honda), now they washed my vehicle. Huge improvement. More
