I was initially contacted by Kaitlyn Morris upon my request for an upgrade. Through my previous purchase I had dealt with Chris Weissenmayer so was glad to know he was still available for discussing t request for an upgrade. The rate I gave is one of high performance because although there were slip ups with the PST taxes which caused some disruption in the smooth transactions I have previously experienced, I did not find it damaging enough to rate it. I appreciated the quick delivery and that my requests were noted and added in the purchase of the vehicle and loan. I would and have recommended your company to my friends and neighbors who have commented on my new vehicle. I have been asked why I am changing vehicles again and my response was "Because I can with Northland". Then went on to explain the upgrade offer after a year of paying my payments and desire to try a different vehicle for fuel effeciency, comfort and road handling.
