I had a very disappointing experience with Acura North Vancouver. I was offered a deal, completed a test drive, paid a deposit, and even went through a credit check that affected my credit score. Then, just one hour before delivery, I was told by Brian, the General Manager, that the appraisal was done incorrectly and the pricing they gave me was no longer valid. There was no apology, no accountability, and the entire agreement changed at the last minute. Because of this, I lost time, lost a scheduled appointment with Honda, and took an unnecessary credit-score hit. This was unprofessional and extremely frustrating. I hope management takes responsibility and ensures this doesn’t happen to other customers. More

They sold us a demo vehicle with 300kms on it at the full msrp price with no discount, also be aware of all the extra fees they charge for on the sales agreement and make sure you never get the extra wheels/ msrp price with no discount, also be aware of all the extra fees they charge for on the sales agreement and make sure you never get the extra wheels/tires warranty they try and push you to take. Extremely poor service. Bought a used vehicle that turned out to have multiple mechanical problems. Reported within the same week but dealership is not honouring their requirement to cancel the contract and out to have multiple mechanical problems. We bought A car from these guys and the worst experience we had. They have been very pushy to buy extra warranty. Once we got all the paperwork done we noticed the car has already some issues. The day after we went to complain and return the car and they said they are going to send the car to service and they are going to arrange the time and let us know never called and didn't follow up even once we said we want to return the car the manager refused and showed us attitude. Very very bad service. We asked them to return the warranty because we didn't get any service they just playing to pass the time and again refused. Do NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM THEM. It's just wasting time and money. More

Extremely dishonest Sales Manager had a deal from “both” sales managers, and drove out from out of town,to make the purchase. The deal was for 2 vehicles, I had already test driven on had a deal from “both” sales managers, and drove out from out of town,to make the purchase. The deal was for 2 vehicles, I had already test driven one, and was test driving the second. I had both vehicles running beside each other.. I took the second vehicle out, and while returning on the second test drive, I noticed someone test driving the other vehicle as I returned. The sales guy said we could write up a deal before they returned.. I was waiting for the deal to be written up, and Dino the sales manager wouldn’t write the deal.. He wanted to wait, to see if he could get a better deal, from the people test driving.. I argued I was here first, and I want to put a deposit, to purchase both. He refused and made me wait, to see what these people after me, were going to offer him a better price. We had been there for 2 hours, before the dealership opened. They refused to honour our agreed upon price, and refused to make a deal. Dino sold the one car as I sat and watched. Extremely poor business practices and would never return. I had to walk away from the other deal on principle, because they were so untrustworthy. More
