We had the most amazing experience today at Nissan with Lee! Every staff member greeted us and made sure we were comfortable. Lee worked really hard to make sure we walked out with the car we wanted! Giovanni was the first person to approach me when I entered. I appreciate how helpful, friendly, and honest he was with me. I went to other places to look at similar cars but I came back to Nissan beca entered. I appreciate how helpful, friendly, and honest he was with me. I went to other places to look at similar cars but I came back to Nissan because of Giovanni. His hospitality was unmatched and he made me feel comfortable and appreciated as well. While other employees were coming and going, he was the only one who was with me the entire time I was there. He made sure to keep me well informed through every step of the process. EVERY salesman at Nissan of Elk Grove needs to count their days because Giovanni is going to take over ! More
