When my appt was scheduled I was told it would take 3-4 hours. Upon arrival I was told this is an all day job. I was forced to sit and wait. My appt time was 9am. I looked in the bay at 1:30 and my car w hours. Upon arrival I was told this is an all day job. I was forced to sit and wait. My appt time was 9am. I looked in the bay at 1:30 and my car wasn’t even in the shop yet however my advisor told me it was being worked on. I looked at 2pm and my car was now in the shop and being worked on. The work was completed by 4:30. Flat out lie by the advisor. Had the work begun at my appt time (9am), the service would have been completed in the 3-4 hours as I was initially told. Several other unhappy customers waiting extended period of time. Now that my warranty has expired, I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere. More

After not receiving a phone call back I got through and they were exceptional. My car got in and out faster than expected and price was also better than expected.
