We purchased our 2013 Silverado 1500 Crew Cab Thunder Edition from New Roads Chevrolet in mid March of 2013. We test drove a Toyota Tundra&Tacoma, Nissan Titan, Ford F150 and then the Chevrolet Silverado.

Out of all our dealership visits with all manufacturers listed, New Roads Chevrolet was the only one where we felt like we were being asked if we would like to make a purchase. Not once did we feel like we were being pressured to make the purchase as we did from the other dealers.

Our sale person Stacy Farsad was excellent and answered all our questions about the vehicle, allowed us to take the vehicle for an extended test drive (twice) and was very accommodating with our schedules. We never felt like we were being baited or forced into the truck. Also New Roads was the only dealer with more than a few vehicles to choose from that were not set packages which was quite nice and was also mentioned during our browsing stage. This was nice to know as the other dealers were trying to force us into one or two selections.

We would highly recommend New Roads Chevrolet for making you feel like a friend and not a dollar sign. Our sales rep Stacy was excellent in understanding our desires with regards to the truck features and the financing we wanted. The manager we dealt with, David Smirle, was excellent and met our questions and concerns with professionalism and respect.

We have always bought our vehicles from dealerships and this was the best dealership experience we have ever had. Definitely two thumbs up and worthy of a 5 star rating.

I recently purchased a new 2013 Chevrolet Cruze LTZ in February 2013 from Clyde Goens . Speaking to and working with Clyde on the purchae of the car was an absolute pleasure. Quite simply the best car sales experience we have ever had in over 25 years. Neither my husband nor I are comfortable with slick, high pressure, in your face sales tactics so purchasing a new vehicle is not one of our favorite activities (apologies for the stereotype). From the time we walked on to the lot, we knew that the New Roads experience was different. We were permitted to browse privately at a variety of makes/models of cars. Once through the doors Jason let us know that he was there for us when we were ready for him. He was very responsive to our needs even when it was clear that we had a bit more comparing to do; and when we were ready to make the deal, he was there to make it happen in the best way possible for us. It has been our past experience that it is typically us who will have to jump through any hoops/work the hardest to wrap up all the trailing pieces of the auto deal (multiple calls to follow up on deal status, resolution of any conditions of sales, receipt of temporary insurance slips and/or purchase of plates) but not so with New Roads. Everything was handled quickly, accurately and professionally...and on our behalf! Even the transitions between sales, financing and contract signing was handled smoothly and pleasantly and it was clear that the entire team had but one focus, the experience we were having at their dealership. Yes, selling cars is 'what' they do, but ensuring that their customer's needs are fully met and that we feel highly satisfied throughout the entire interaction is 'how' they do it. New Roads....You had us from 'hello'.

Clyde was an absolute pleasure to work with! He is knowledgeable, friendly and obviously cares a lot about his customers. It is so refreshing to meet someone who truly takes pride in their work and goes the extra mile for their customer. I called on a Monday to order a part for my car. They said it would be in by Wednesday as I had no car until that part came in. I called Wednesday when I did not hear back and was told Fri or Saturday. When I did not hear by Saturday, I called and was put through to parts only to find out they were closed. I had gone a week without my car at this point. I than called Monday morning and was put on hold for 15 minutes, hung up as I was at work and called back only to be put back on hold again for ten minutes. I decided this was enough and realized there was a Chevy dealership in Aurora. I called them and they had the part in stock. Wish I had known that a week ago. I called New Roads back and finally got someone who said they did have the part. Why no phone call?? Not happy at all. My business will be going elsewhere, including my routine oil change/service appointments.
