The staff at the dealership are professional and friendly. However, my experience with the actual service was sub par. I bought my car from their partner dealer down the street from them. I scheduled my service appointment but my information was not in the system at all. When my car was brought in the garage to be worked on, I was told they did not have the part for my car and I'd have to come back once it was ordered and received. I live 40 mins away. It was a wasted 1.5 hour drive! When I came back the next day, they took my car in immediately and the service was done fairly quick. My washer fluid level was low and it's still low. Clearly they did not top off the fluids! After my experience, they should have even if it's not typically done. However, it should be since other service garages does. My experience would have been forgiven/forgotten if they offered to add an additional comp service but they did not. Which is why I was willing to complete this survey. The 3 stars was only because the staff was pleasant. More

Poor service Set up a scheduled appointment to replace driver’s airbag on 2009 Xterra. I came early and after 20 minutes they said they didn’t have a tech ready. When I asked to cancel and reschedule they driver’s airbag on 2009 Xterra. I came early and after 20 minutes they said they didn’t have a tech ready. When I asked to cancel and reschedule they said no. At 30 min mark they found a tech who inspected the air bag. They did not have a replacement part in stock which I think is unprofessional m.
