My elderly parents took my Jeep in for an oil change on my behalf and were conned into $360 plus tax worth of unnecessary work (I was a mechanic and know what service needs to be done). When I called the dealership the manager who had only been there for two weeks said “it didn’t need to be done” and when I said I wanted a refund his response was “too bad they authorized the charges”. To make matters worse when I inspected my vehicle the work I was charged for wasn’t even done. More
