EXTRMELY BAD AND extremely unprofessional service people at this location. My vehicle was towed in and they told me it would be fixed the next day and two weeks later it's still sitting there and it hasn't at this location. Their answer to why is they don't know or they may try or maybe they might try something. They haven't even brought it in and they have absolutely no idea how to run a service department. If you want your vehicle fixed go somewhere else otherwise be prepared to have it broken again after you get it back and most likely have your vehicle towed in multiple times for the same problem will need to be told they have no idea when they will fix it or repair it and be prepared to be with her vehicle for a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks. The service people have no idea on how to run a service department. They have no idea on workload or staffing levels or any specific idea on how to answer a simple question of when will a vehicle be repaired. This is the worst dealership I've ever been to in my entire life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Payed no attention to what I had inquired about and was shopping for. Kept asking me what I wanted in the vehicle when it was plain and simple. Negative Experience Use to take my ford rangers there for oil changes, their service department was always cold and unwelcoming to me. I bought a Ford Focus out of area a Use to take my ford rangers there for oil changes, their service department was always cold and unwelcoming to me. I bought a Ford Focus out of area and it was having transmissions issues so I took it to Murphy Ford and they were absolutely unhelpful and accommodating, they then tried to charge me more for snow tire change then what they agreed to on the phone. After filling out a survey sent from ford on my experience, they called me and expressed on how they didnt like what I wrote and banned me from their place of business all over a survey. Instead of trying to change my bad experiences which could of been solved with a civil conversation and apologies. Jokes on them I just recently bought a 2018 Ford Escape titanium fully loaded. Commission/ Sale they have lost to another Ford dealership that was eager to make my experience amazing and take my money. There’s a reason Erinwood Ford is the number 1 selling dealership in Canada. Maybe Murphy ford should ask them for tips? More
