Recently when the engine light came on, I braced myself for a costly repair. I brought the vehicle to Jitesh, the exceptional Service Manager at Milton Toyota. He quickly ran a diagnostic and discovered that a major part—typically costing thousands to replace—needed attention. To my surprise and gratitude, Jitesh not only replaced the part at no cost, but he also proactively fixed several minor issues I hadn’t even mentioned—again, completely free of charge ! This level of honesty, dedication, and customer-first service is rare. Milton Toyota has earned my full trust—from sales to service—and I now drive from Burlington without hesitation for all my automotive needs. More

My wife and I were driving from Illinois when we hit a truck tire which tore the plastic cover under the engine and left it hanging down. We planned to stop in Milton Ontario for the night. My wife saw that Milton Toyota was just a short distance from our hotel and they were still open. When we arrived, service advisor, Asim Ramzan greeted us and asked how he could be of service. We explained what had happened and Mr. Ramzan said that he would have someone look at the damage to see if it could be secured so that we could continue on to Ottawa Ontario. After just 10 minutes, the damaged plastic cover was secured and we were able to drive without the part dragging on the ground. With this level of service, I highly recommend Milton Toyota for all your Toyota Needs. More

Really disappointed with my recent experience at **Milton Toyota**. I booked a tire change and oil change *two weeks in advance*, only to show up and be told my tires—stored with them as part of their **paid Toyota**. I booked a tire change and oil change *two weeks in advance*, only to show up and be told my tires—stored with them as part of their **paid tire storage service**—weren’t available. When I asked if I could at least get the oil change done (which I was already scheduled for), I was told they were short-staffed and asked to come back another day. I requested to be rebooked for the following week, but later found out the new appointment was pushed out *two more weeks*. So now I’m waiting a full month just to get my tires changed—*even though they’ve been stored with them the whole time*. Toyota, if you’re offering paid storage, the least you can do is make sure the tires are ready on time. Very poor service and communication. More
