Worst customer service ever. They like to sell you all kinds of extras when you purchase a vehicle then don’t allow you to use the service they sold you. I came in for service, with my NV2500 Ice Cream Truck. I was overcharged for the service and charged a Freight fee on an oil change! What a joke! But I figured the next time I come in for service I would I was overcharged for the service and charged a Freight fee on an oil change! What a joke! But I figured the next time I come in for service I would show it to them. I would have hoped they would have made an adjustment. I sell to dozens of dealerships so I started to sell to the employees that wanted Ice cream. The next week or two when I came in I was met by a very rude individual asking if I had permission by Mr. Erdman to sell ice cream. I explained no I have never need to ask for permission to sell to any organization nor did any vendor in the 40+ years that I previously worked in that industry. Very rudely I was asked to leave. Needless to say, I would never do business with a company that not only screws you. On top of that wouldn't want to have you do business with them! I don't know who the individual was but I was told to call in to the GM Mike Farrell, I did and left a message but was never called back so I am assuming it was him, that through me out of the dealership parking lot. Sucks because this is the most convenient dealership to me. More
Another awesome visit to Mike Erdman Nissan's service center! Besides a super fast oil change, the staff is always very upbeat and friendly, and they go out of their way to make sure the customer is more center! At 1st I had no problem with Nissan n I like my car but the service center I've had multiple issues. This right here tops the cake though, I had my car serviced n they put air in my tire well the next time the service center I've had multiple issues. This right here tops the cake though, I had my car serviced n they put air in my tire well the next time I went to fill my tires up I noticed 1) my caps were gone this has happened multiple times 🤦🏾♀️ but then I also noticed in the price of the tire where you fill it up something was broken off in there. Ok fine I call them n let them know they tell me to come in & they'd take care of it. Hmph well they lied cause here I am again back at nissan with the same Problem they told me that they fixed & guess what all my caps were missing again SMH 😔 I'm so disappointed in Nissan I expect the same service as anyone else not Feeling as I've been lied to n my time n gas wasted. I took my 2019 Nissan Rogue for an oil change and had the worst experience again. I asked the Service Advisor Andrew for the price of an oil change and quoted me 70.00. I expressed that Nissan of Melbourne worst experience again. I asked the Service Advisor Andrew for the price of an oil change and quoted me 70.00. I expressed that Nissan of Melbourne was cheaper and so was Walmart. He assured me that they were priced equal. Mike Erdman Nissan does comparative pricing and that is why 70 was reasonable. After the work was completed, I called Nissan of Melbourne and I visited Walmart and realized that he lied. Walmart charges 56.00 out the door and Nissan of Melbourne was 49.99. I encourage you to shop around before you allow this dealership to work on your car. They are overpriced and will lie to you without hesitation. Trust is what keeps customers coming back which is a keep element that is missing at this dealership. More
I took my Frontier in for the second time for an air bag light. I was told my warranty had expired and it would be $160 some odd dollars for diagnostics. I explained that the air bag fell under the powertra light. I was told my warranty had expired and it would be $160 some odd dollars for diagnostics. I explained that the air bag fell under the powertrain warranty and was told that he would have to check. He came back and said no, the warranty expired as part of my 4/48K warranty that I purchased. I came home and double checked my claim and then confirmed by calling another local dealer. This service department is useless. I will never return! More
Terrible Place I recently brought my 2005 Nissan LE here to have them do diagnostics on. Was charged $160.00. When I got the review it did not have a list of engine codes or list if problems with engine. All they gave me was a piece of paper saying replace engine. No reason as to why or what lead them to this. They did say timing was off but gave no codes or what lead to this conclusion. The Mechanic who did the diagnostics Andrew however was very interested in me using it ad a trade in. Wanting ne to sign it over as such. I did discover that the Nissan Frontier espacially The Le Is a very highly wanted vehical. Makes me wander if they dud lie about if they could hace fixed it without replacing the engine which they wanted $5,000.00 To do...... More

Then, they changed my oil after I repeatedly told them not to since I had paid $100 for a synthetic oil change to last a few more months than traditionally. Went back today, and off the bat TJ tells me accessories are not covered. Ok, but the attitude I could have done without, but whatever. Speak to service manager, Billie, rude, telling me it's an insurance claim since it's clearly been scratched (hail storm AFTER I brought it in the first time). So, they want me to pay them TWICE for a product they couldn't install right the first time?? Then he says, come inside I'm not going to stand here and argue with you. Really? Over a 10 minute, $10 fix you won't even stand behind your parts or installation? They definitely won't be getting my insurance check for the aforementioned hail damage. Nor will my husband being buying his truck from Erdman. Sell you crap, then charge you to fix it. Really speaks volumes to their ethics. Read their online negative reviews, they all have a similar thread: dishonest, inept, waste of time, rude. Even better read their condescending replies. More
