If I could only use two words to summarize excellence in sales and satisfaction guaranteed, it would be "Ron Young" the one common denominator that guarantees complete satisfaction. One and a half months ago we purchased a new Ford Focus se hatchback for our daughter, Ron listened carefully to what we wanted and somehow made it happen. my wife and I were so impressed, we knew we would be back to purchase a new F 150 truck,it wasn't a matter of if but when. Well last Monday morning we came to Ron to discuss an add we had seen, Ron not only matched the add he knocked it out with the usual Midtown panash. Ron was there thru the entire process insuring we totally satisfied, but it doesn't stop here. Once we got the truck home a couple of little issues popped up, Ron made sure he put us in touch with the right people, the right people was Greg essu in service. Greg didn't stop until we were completely satisfied. Ron was there every step of the way as well. The staff at Midtown are really something special I guess that's why they were the top dealer in Manitoba. It's really refreshing to find a dealership that not only promises customer service but backs it up with the best customer service I have ever seen, thank you Ron Young, Greg, Jeff you have made a customer for life. Ron Young was so friendly and easy to work with, and was always concerned with our needs and budget rather than only worrying about making a sale. We also had the pleasure of meeting Keith Juskow, although we did not deal with him directly with this purchase, he was very friendly and provided us with some awesome stories while we waited on some paperwork. Once we had decided on one we were sent over to Jeff Halfdanson who went over everything and answered all of our finance questions. Over the top...hit it out of the park!! I had a 2012 Ford Focus SE purchased for me by my husband. When he passed away I was still caring for my elderly parents. I decided in August to see I had a 2012 Ford Focus SE purchased for me by my husband. When he passed away I was still caring for my elderly parents. I decided in August to see if I could trade in my small car for something that my parents could easily get in and out of....Ideally...A Ford Escape. Ron Young had my car assessed for trade in and we looked at a used 2011 Ford Escape Limited....beautiful vehicle!! However, since I'm on a small pension from my husband's military service, I didn't fit the requirements for the financing options available. This all took place on a Tuesday. I was disappointed BUT decided that I may make some financial changes by selling my car and waiting for the optimum vehicle to be available at MidTown as I knew that Ron would continue to keep me in his "sights". On Friday of the same week, Ron called to say the he and Jeff Halfdanson had worked out some terrific numbers for me based on my husband's and my own many, many years of dealing with MidTown. When all was said and done, Ron & Jeff got me a 2015 Ford Escape..BRAND NEW...with payments that I could afford with no hassle with financing. My past history was taken into account and they arranged everything through Ford Credit. Over the last 25 years, we have dealt with MidTown and always ask for Ron as our salesman. Jeff Halfdanson proved to hit it out of the park when getting me the deal I needed. I will continue to ask for Ron and Jeff in all future transactions. I hope to upgrade in 4 years....they will be my people of choice to deal with whenever the time comes to buy either new or used. Thank you, Ron and Thank you, Jeff. I highly recommend both of these gentleman when dealing with MidTown Ford Sales. Just a note that I always deal with Kevin Dowd for any servicing to all our Ford products.
