The only thing that went properly was the negotiation and sale of the vehicle. Extremely poor communication within the business led to us taking the vehicle home before mechanical repairs, undercoating, and sale of the vehicle. Extremely poor communication within the business led to us taking the vehicle home before mechanical repairs, undercoating, and seat treatments were even completed. I had to inform the dealership that they didn’t complete this work even though we were told it was ready. The used car manager offered us oil changes for our troubles…. I would recommend anyone who doesn’t want to waste their own time due to people being incompetent to look elsewhere. The Go Auto purchase of Merlin Ford has ruined this dealership in my opinion. More
