As a result, I leased an electric EQB 350 SUV on Earth Day, which was very fitting and unplanned!. He made the selection and ourchase process look easy althogh it had many complex parts which he resolved such as insurance, financing. He guided me in my choice of the best car for my needs. During the test drive he demystified my anxieties about the new technology so that i would not be overwhelmed by it . He showed me how MB has implemented various choices to accomplish the same action in its cars to meet customers on all levels of technology experience. (I have been driving an 2007 SUV) He certainly rates a 10 on a scale of 1-5 for me! It was a pleasant, relaxed expeience for a .signficant purchase ( I don't buy cars often - usually keep them for a long time.) . I neve felt rushed or awkward during the process. I will highy recommend him to others looking for a car. - it was painless from when I walked into the dealeshio kast week to simply get a "feel" for theEQB by sitting in it to today when i drove it home! My experience got off to a bad start because I made an appointment but it was only AFTER I dropped off the car at the scheduled time and was sitting in the waiting room for 30min that I was informed that appointment but it was only AFTER I dropped off the car at the scheduled time and was sitting in the waiting room for 30min that I was informed that they could not look at the car for 2-3 days. This seems to ignore the whole point of making an appointment and made me feel like maybe since it was my first time at this dealer that the other customers were far more important. It doesn't seem like it would have been too hard to inform me about this when my appointment was confirmed so I could have planned accordingly. Once they got to my car I was satisfied with the work done though I didn't get the car back until the end of the week. They also recommended a new battery and I think $500 to replace a battery is pretty wild even for a dealership. Greg was very nice but a bit hard to get in touch with the first few days when I was trying to understand how long my car had to be left there waiting to be looked at. More
