Horrible experience my car was brought in for a warranty repair on the headlight, and when I got home I discovered there was a panel damaged because it was visibly hanging down.when I took the car back not repair on the headlight, and when I got home I discovered there was a panel damaged because it was visibly hanging down.when I took the car back not even a week later they claimed I ran something over. Patricia Doelle the service advisor brought me into the shop to show me the damage. Only for me to show them the damage was from them improperly lifting the car causing even further damage. Patricia was very nasty and disrespectful. I have never experienced such aggression at a place of business and I refuse allow it. I had my vehicle serviced there prior and had to return because lugs were not tightened. More

Dennis is extremely helpful and does things that I have never seen other auto sales persons do. I did not ask him but he drove me to my house to hook up the garage opener. I was stranded in Baltimore late one night with my family while driving from SC to NJ due to a suspension malfunction. I called Stephanie early the next morning. She immediately took ownership of my prob while driving from SC to NJ due to a suspension malfunction. I called Stephanie early the next morning. She immediately took ownership of my problem, looked up my vehicle and warranty details, explained all of the CPO warranty benefits, and assisted me to get my GLS450 towed all the way to my local NJ dealer by Mercedes at no charge where it was repaired fully under warranty. She also explained to me how to get Mercedes to reimburse me for my hotel stay and car rental for the remaining drive home. She sent me informative emails and she texted screen shots of the various benefits available to me. The entire ordeal did not cost me a penny thanks to Stephanie's assistance. Incredible service. More
