I recently purchased a 2026 Mercedes Benz GLC 300 under circumstances upsetting to me. I had just been rear ended while driving my 2020 Mercedes Benz E450 Station Wagon, also purchased from Mercedes Benz circumstances upsetting to me. The car was declared by my insurance company to be a total loss so I was looking for a new Mercedes. Ryan Prince, one of the sales managers, was wonderful. He was kind, friendly, understanding, patient, knowledgeable and spared no effort in finding me the car I wanted, a silver 2026 GLC 300. His email and text communications kept me informed at each stage of the process. He is a great communicator! Ryan was just an excellent sales person to deal with and I give him the highest recommendation. Talya Bouchard was assigned the task of showing a senior lady some of the features of my new vehicle. I have more to learn! Talya said to contact her any time to have another “lesson” on the GLC 300. I plan to do so soon. Talya was knowledgeable, patient with me and just a great communicator. She spoke slowly enough so I understood but not so slowly as to be boring. I also give Talya the highest recommendation. More

Darren was so efficient, he research the part for my older ML350 2015 came up t for me with exceptional support, this time from the parts department. If you're seeking post-sales customer support from a dealership that genuinely values its clients, I strongly advise against purchasing from this particular dealership. Despite finding a car I was interested in and expressing my intent to visit, the of calls and texts from Zarjan, the sales representative, was overwhelming (this was BEFORE I purchased the car he has not replied to emails since then). While I did proceed with the purchase, negotiating with the sales manager was met with a dismissive attitude, leaving me feeling undervalued as a potential customer. Additionally, promises made by Zarjan regarding touch-up work and sending touch-up paint were unfulfilled, despite repeated inquiries. The lackadaisical attitude displayed by both Zarjan and the manager, Christopher Cousineau, only added to the dissatisfaction of the overall purchasing experience. The exception to this was Holli Dumoulin, who handled post-purchase documentation efficiently and responsively. In comparison, Christopher Cousineau and Zarjan Hafizi could learn a thing or two from the exemplary service provided by representatives at my other two dealerships.Mercedes-Benz West Island and Mercedes-Benz of Pompano they know what service is.
