This MB Markham Dealer has either worse hybrid repair know-how or their service advisor/ managers has bad intentions to make expensive unnecessary repairs to generate revenue for their owners. They are in process to extract maximum money out from you which can be a complete ripped off even a small or warranty repairs. Be careful with this dealer service advisors has very poor knowledge or they misguide the customer and try to get maximum repair cost from you. Always ask in Advance in writing as an estimate cost of repairs before any allowing for any work. Verify with other dealers or get third party advice as this dealer is not Trust worthy!!!! More
Worse service for repair experience on my hybrid vehicles as their technicians are not knowledgeable about how the hybrid vehicle works and they have no clue about finding fault with high voltage hybrid cars as their technicians are not knowledgeable about how the hybrid vehicle works and they have no clue about finding fault with high voltage hybrid cars. For simple faults like ac compressors and that too covered under MB WARRANTY I landed with $14,000 repair due to poor knowledge of unnecessary repairs from this dealer either they are poor knowledge or they are fooling people with unnecessary repairs. BE AWARE to get the correct diagnosis and cost estimates in advance and in writing from this dealer or else you will be ripped off!!! More

Acquired a C-Class vehicle recently, but unfortunately faced severe defects with the AR camera, causing several active assist features to malfunction.
