While the young man who was initially helping me was thoughtful and kind, the rest of my experience with this dealership was awful. They made a promise to get me the second key fob--and then said they wouldn't do that AND that they weren't accountable for any promises made. They would NOT respond to any emails or phone calls. I do not recommend this location. To get an oil change took 3 hours. System wax down for 45 minutes. When I went to check up on my vehicle it was already done. I had said ok to additives to be added, and at checkout I asked if they could apply a $5.00 coupon I had. Manager was really rude and said no, I already had a free oil change from the 3 year maintenance. If I didn’t check up on my car how much longer would I have been sitting there waiting? Terrible customer service. $5.00 is not a lot to give a customer that has an oil change and also agree to pay for fuel additives and waited 3 hours and had to check on my vehicle that was already done just sitting there. Angry customer and will never get service done at this location. More
