Quite possibly the worst experience you could have at a car dealership. Saleswoman Kennedy was kind and helpful answering all questions I had about the vehicle. I was asking questions about the pricing of the car just to have owner of the dealership come out and yell at me — very unprofessional. When deciding I wanted to purchase the car despite the negativity, the finance manager tried to slip a warranty into the price without telling me while signing the final papers. Overall, shady tactics and scummy behavior. Do yourself a favor and never buy from here, even if local. Drive elsewhere. More

The worst service department in Ohio. After my brand new 2023 car has broken down 4 times I asked for a loner and Roger from service told me to “F@$! OFF!” He should be fired. If I could give a zero I would. After two days of conversation, test driving, appraisal of my trade the dealer ship raised the price of the vehicle by almost $10000. They did not tell me before running my credit report. The only reason I found out about the price increase was because the numbers did not make sense to me when presented with the offer. It was only after my questioning that they revealed the new price stating that used car prices went up since we talked the DAY BEFORE! Incredibly sneaky and dishonest. More
