I was impressed by the professionalism and knowledge displayed throughout the process. The service manager provided a clear and transparent diagnosis, ensuring I understood what was needed. Some of the work was covered under warranty, while I paid out of pocket for other parts. I also obtained quotes from local shops, and while their prices were relatively close to those from the Toyota dealer, the significant difference was that the local shops offered aftermarket parts. Given the quality of service and the use of OEM parts at the dealer, I felt it was worth the investment. I am still thinking about the wonderful level of service I received a little more than a month ago. The service department was able to take my vehicle in earlier than our appointment. Once the initial assessment was made; suggestions were offered and the suggested services were explained as well as why they could be of benefit. I declined most and accepted others without any pressure. The truck was returned and the invoice explaining the service was reviewed with me.
