Letting me walk out!!! I went into this dealership looking at buying a very high end car!!! I had a trade in that was was worth more than what they offered!! The dealership I went into this dealership looking at buying a very high end car!!! I had a trade in that was was worth more than what they offered!! The dealership was only worried about selling my trade in, rather than selling me a new car off there lot! I have bought a lot of cars in my day and have always been stopped and not allowed to walk out!! This is very disappointing as they advertise that they will beat anyone's price out there and that they care about the customer!! I will now drive out to the west end to find my car at Summit, Erinwood, or Dixie Ford!! I will pay extra just on the principle alone!! Markville Ford should really think about the people that they let walk out! Because if anyone asks me about them and if they are good I will definitely say DO NOT GO THERE!! I actually rate this dealership a ZERO! Default is 1 star... More

A Great Organization I commend Sean Riley's organization and staff after recently purchasing a used vehicle from Markville Ford. It was an extensive search. The inventory offered many options and was one of the best that I had seen. (not only Ford). The vehicles were well maintained, had low km and were positioned well. Overall a great job with the offering. The environment was also very welcoming and accommodating. My kids enjoyed themselves during the process. Secondly, the individual who assisted me was great to work with. I chose to work with George Bournas who was well informed about the product, listened to my requirements and extremely easy to deal with. I felt it important that I choose who I wanted to work with and not necessarily someone forcing themselves upon me. George made it an enjoyable process and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him. Tim, Dave and many others were also very friendly. I’ve purchased a few vehicles in my time and can tell you that this experience trumped all those prior.
