Drop my truck off at 10:00 phoned at 3:00 00 to see if done no answer, phone two more times and left a message for them to call me. Never got a call till the next morning so I was without my truck and my done no answer, phone two more times and left a message for them to call me. Never got a call till the next morning so I was without my truck and my house keys and my business keys and my kids hockey equipment for practice was in the back of the truck finally got my truck back the next day at the end of the day because they did not have time to get it in any sooner apparently not sure why they made an appointment for that day if they couldn’t get it in why they wouldn’t have said that when I drop the truck off, I will not be going back there again. I will be going to Shelbrook. Geoff in service was really really good and things were out of his hands so I do appreciate all the work Geoff did. More

My truck was down for 6 months, not entirely due to the dealership. GM backorders played a part, but the communication was non-existent.
