My truck stayed in the service department for 1 week. The transmission overheated 4 times and they told me that the transmission fluid was all thet needed to be changed to correct the problem. They told me the time would be about an hour and a half. I brought my car in at 9 and did not hear from anyone until I called at 3:30 but it was still not ready. I picked up at 5:30. Horrible customer service. Tried over charging us. Then lost our paper work, saying we did not pay. Ask for multiple things in the vehicle to be fixed and they did not!
