Your service department has gone downhill. I’ve asked on three separate occasions to change the cabin air filter. Our service representative was very professional informative and knowledgeable. I look forward to seeing him again when we need to service our Ford. Those two individuals saved the day otherwise we would take our business to a different dealership. More

I have all my service work done at your place and for the most part all is good but it bothers me when your service tech tell me that I need a complete transmission fluid flush on a F150 that has less then 4 most part all is good but it bothers me when your service tech tell me that I need a complete transmission fluid flush on a F150 that has less then 47000 miles on it. I expect better out of Ford than that. More
