I purchased a Mazda 9 after the sales person assured me that the third row could support Child Car Seats. Only less then a month later, when I went to install a car seat in the third row, I find out you ca that the third row could support Child Car Seats. Only to have him inform me "oh I guess you can't.". About a week later when I went to meet with Scott Eddy the Sales Manager. He informed me that "They would not install hooks in the third row, as they did not want any legal responsibility, and that I was legal responsible for the cost." So be forewarned according to their management , the sales people can lie to you and your responsible. Avoid this place like the plague. More

I used this dealer for both sales and service and both times had very unfortunate experiences. First with the sales person misinforming me about the length of a warranty, then, more importantly, work bei times had very unfortunate experiences. The work, I will also mention, was done on a 3 year old car, which I had purchased there only 2 months earlier. The shifter broke off, so I had the car towed in and asked to be called with a price if it was not covered under my warranty (which was already a sore point because I purchased a car with 3 years warranty and only actually got 2). I was called and told it was ready, and given I was not given a price (which I asked for multiple times), I presumed it was under warranty. Unfortunately, it was not, and I was handed a $500 bill when I got there to pick it up! Very unprofessional! I will not go back there, or bring my business to Honda or Acura in Saskatoon as they are the same management team. More
