Service department is horrible. Seems like they are having trouble keeping staff because I’ve been many times and it’s different people all the time. New service manager, new customer service manager, different service advisors, different GM, you name it. Having the same issue time and time again to no resolve. Brought the car in for a recall issue and found out they damaged the paint, of course they didn’t tell me about it. Overall poor service. And also agree, they try to upsell on things that don’t need to be done. Find yourself a trusted mechanic because I cannot recommend this place at all. The only decent thing about this place is the shuttle driver. Nice guy and always on time. More

Please be mindful when looking to purchase a car from this dealer. We checked out a car in person, later negotiated with Carter a final price via phone and headed straight back to the card yard excit this dealer. Carter greeted us upon arrival and sat us in his office only to disappear, we were then greeted by Andy who advised us there was a misunderstanding and we were over promised, the price is as advertised and what we had negotiated with Carter was not on the table. There was no misunderstanding we had the offer via text from Carter. This company set us up with false promises, we decided not to go ahead with the car because the trust and relationship had then been ruined and who knows if they would lie to cover up anything else. I urge you to look elsewhere and save being disappointed and frustrated like us. More

Surprise surprise the car we drove 45 minutes to test drive just sold before we arrived. But no surprise that had a year older model for $5k more or a new model for $15k more.
