The emails I receive do not align with what is actually expected with the dealership. I was told those emails are automated. The rep told me don’t worry about them. I visited the KIA event at Chesterfield Mall to replace my ignition fix. Unable to do projext because I drive with HAND CONTROLS (disability) The technician and I agrred that it was unsafe to mess with my ignition fix. I will have to visit UNITED SEATING who installed hand control. They will remove ignition and my able bodied husband will drive my KIA to a KIA dealer who will install ignition, Then back toUNITED SEATING to re install hand controls. HOPEFUL IT WILL WORK.
